Living Donation Week (#LDW2023), September 11-15, hosted by UHN - Centre for Living Organ Donation, is a national awareness week featuring free virtual events and activities focused on improving access and equity in living organ donation, profiling the work of Team Transplant, and celebrating our incredible living donors and transplant recipients. Meet Your Chapter Coordinator
Meet Jeff Robertson
Jeff is the York Region Chapter Coordinator as well as the Executive Director of the PKD Foundation of Canada. Both Jeff's mother and grandmother were diagnosed with the disease when he was young. As a result, he has always been passionate about the importance of self-advocacy, volunteerism and community involvement.
