After careful thought and consideration related to COVID-19, the PKD Foundation of Canada has made the decision to make the #WalkToENDPKD an in-person event again, with a virtual walk option as well in 2022! As always, the health and safety of our PKD family comes first, and we felt this was the best approach to take at this time. Registrants once again have the opportunity to choose their own path locally and walk for a cure with immediate family and friends.
The 2022 Virtual Walk to END PKD will take place on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 24TH
The Walk to END PKD signifies a group united in spirit, moving towards treatment options and a cure for PKD, one of the most common life-threatening genetic diseases affecting thousands in Canada. You can have an impact on all those affected by registering for your own walk and by creating an online fundraising page, where you can join others in the fight to end PKD through interactive message boards and photos!

Why Walk? The Walk to END PKD is the PKD Foundation of Canada's signature fundraising event, raising more than $1,967,000 since 2007. This has helped move us closer to finding treatments. The money also helps provide education and support services, both online and in local communities.
We've made great strides but need your help in keeping the momentum going. We know we can exceed the $160,000 raised in 2021! With your help, we can look forward to a time when no one will have to suffer the full effects of PKD.
