Presented by Dr. Bryden Magee, Doctor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Kingston General Hospital and the Ottawa Fertility Centre, on behalf of the Ottawa Chapter.

The Ottawa Chapter is pleased to host a seminar about family planning options and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) as it relates to patients with polycystic kidney disease (PKD). Learn about various options in family planning including PGD, as a screening option for those affected by PKD. PGD is a procedure used prior to implantation to help identify genetic defects within embryos created through in vitro fertilization. Decisions on family planning are highly personal; options will be discussed in a supportive and non-judgmental way.

All are welcome to attend!
