Walk to END PKD

DIY Walk to END PKD

DIY_Walk_-_photos_(2).pngYou may not have had a Walk to END PKD in your city yet. But that doesn’t mean the cause matters any less where you live.

Across Canada, people affected by PKD are showing up for research, for support, and for one another – even in places without a major Walk nearby. You’ve stayed connected. You’ve cared. You’ve wanted to make a difference close to home.

Now, you can.

Imagine gathering a small group in your local park. Sharing stories. Raising awareness. Creating that feeling of connection and understanding – right in your own community.

This year, we’re expanding community-led DIY Walks across Canada. These Walks follow the same mission and impact, supported by refreshed toolkits, practical planning guides, ready-to-use templates, and ongoing staff support to help you succeed.

A Walk does not need to be large to be meaningful. A thoughtful gathering can build awareness, strengthen local connection, and extend the reach of our mission.

If you have ever wished there was a Walk closer to home, this is your opportunity to start something powerful.
