This webinar was held live on November 27, 2024.

The holiday season can bring a mix of emotions - joy, reflection, and sometimes the weight of loss. This special workshop, led by psychotherapist Vicki Cousins, offers a safe and compassionate space to explore the complexities of grief and loss, especially during the year-end holiday season.

Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a pet, your health, a job, a dream, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the expectations of the season, this session provides tools, insights, and moments of solace to help you navigate these feelings.

The workshop includes a meaningful candle lighting ritual to inspire peace and hope, creating a gentle moment of reflection for all participants.
