Have you read our new PKD health resource and cookbook, Love Your Kidneys?

On pages 3-5 you'll find an explanation of why healthy hydration can be helpful for PKD patients, as well as some guidelines for fitting more healthy beverages into your daily routine. And you'll find not one, but two recipes for delicious drinks that will quench your thirst and keep your kidneys happy: Quick Lemonade and Sparkling Iced Tea.
