The PKD Foundation of Canada chapters and the volunteers who lead them are the backbone of the polycystic kidney disease (PKD) community.

As a grassroots non-profit organization, the PKD Foundation of Canada prides itself in keeping administration costs low and impact high. In order to do this, we count on volunteers every day to help drive vital programs and awareness around Canada.

Meet Your Chapter Coordinator

 Meet Graham Scoles

Graham is the Saskatoon Chapter Coordinator. He was diagnosed with PKD in 1986 and began dialysis in 1992. Graham was fortunate to receive a cadaveric kidney in 1994, which performed well until about 2017. Fast forward to today, he am now back on dialysis and hoping to receive a second transplant.

Being a PKD patient himself, Graham is very committed to helping end PKD!
