Am I buying the right food for PKD? A practical nutrition webinar for people living with PKD | Webinar video

This webinar was held live on March 10, 2026.
Many people living with polycystic kidney disease (PKD) feel worn down by food decisions. Grocery shopping can be stressful when you’re trying to support kidney health, especially when advice feels unclear, or changes depending on the source. It’s common to leave the store unsure if you made the “right” choices.
In this practical, confidence-building webinar, registered dietitian Emily Campbell focuses on reducing decision fatigue around grocery shopping for PKD. She walks through how to choose kidney-friendly foods with more ease, how to read labels without overthinking, and how to stock your pantry in ways that support long-term kidney health.
Emily also connects grocery shopping choices to the meal-planning approach in Love Your Kidneys II, showing how a clear framework can make food decisions feel simpler and more consistent. The session includes a live demonstration of a simple, kidney-friendly energy balls recipe. This no-bake snack shows how familiar ingredients can come together in a balanced way, without complicated rules or extra stress.
