In this live Zoom meeting, Michelle Lynne Goodfellow from the PKD Foundation of Canada will guide participants on a virtual tour of the platform. You’ll explore key features like the Live Feed, Forums, Blog, Events and Resources, and learn how this community can provide the information and connections you need.
We’ll also highlight curated “patient journeys,” tailored collections of resources and peer support for specific stages of the PKD experience, such as late-stage kidney disease, finding a living donor, or preparing for transplant.
